The ownership of Marimekko's production property to Real Estate Fund Finland III Ky

Real Estate Fund Finland III Ky has purchased a production property in Herttoniemi, Helsinki, where Marimekko's production facilities operate. The production property is located at Puusepänkatu 4 and has a total area of about 10,100 sqm.

The deal was completed in April 2018.
