OP Toimitilakiinteistö Ky’s new business premises in Vantaa, Kesko to become tenant.

An ultramodern car repair shop will be built south of the airport, at Kiitoradantie 16, Vantaa. The premises will be used by K-Auto. The construction company Varte is responsible for the development of the project and its implementation.

New project with BREEAM environmental certification

Work on Kiitoradantie started with the demolition of the old property in November 2024, and the site will be completed in early 2026.

The two-story building will have approximately 4,800 m² of state-of-the-art working and customer facilities, as well as a covered parking space for up to 140 cars. It is to become a large unit for car damage repair, which reaches more than 100 repairs per week.

The property will be built to meet the criteria of the BREEAM environmental certification system. In the design of the site, special attention has been paid to energy efficiency.

The property is owned by OP Toimitilakiinteistö Ky, which is one of the real estate funds managed by OP Real Estate Asset Management Ltd.
